What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect the personal informations you give us in order to pursue the tasks you request and feedback you need from us. In addition we collect cookies and analytics from our supplier Google and WordPress.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

When you use our contact form on our website, your information goes to an dedicated e-mail to our CEO of the company. He has the main responsibility for every informations collected and will only give dedicated resource in the IT department and the web designer company access to the system that contains the informations. In additional the supplier of technical solutions as Google, server and templates will be able to collect data for us only in use for improving the services they deliver.

How we protect your data

Every data we (or our supplier) collects of you will be dealt with through a legal data processing agreement and deleted upon your request or after 3-5 years depending on legal responsibility to the authorities and so on. Cookies and user behavior is collected by Google and add-on as reCAPTCHA etc. For deleting of this data go to your browser and delete or contact Google.

What data breach procedures we have in place

As soon as it has come to our attentions that a breach has occur, we will shut down the source of that breach and inform the parties concerned. Every resource that has anything to do with the systems or handling of the data directly or indirectly, will collaborate to finding the reason of the bridge and how to improve and prevent it for happening again. All responsible resource will follow up with a report and call to actions. And the parties concerned will get a feedback as soon as the informations and reasons is at hand.

We receive data from Google, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. and add-ons to these suppliers.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

The data we use from Google, WordPress, Add-ons or Social media as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is mainly collecting of information on behavior, who the user is (especially form social media), and geographically where from they have visited our website or contacted us. Throughout our suppliers we are able to link your behavior or contact from the IP addressed used.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

As all of companies doing businesses in Norway, it is mandatory to keep informations of our customers and all track record of economical transaction for at least 5 years after the transaction.
